When you submit the inquiry form, you share the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number (optional), event type, event date or location, an approximate budget, and your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate a possible booking.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, the site uses two services that set cookies in your browser:
- Google Analytics — measures aggregate, anonymized traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so we can understand how the site is used. Sets cookies such as
_ga. - HubSpot — our customer-relationship and form platform, which associates a form submission with your visit for follow-up. Sets a cookie named
hubspotutk.
These services load only after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, analytics run in a cookieless mode or not at all — and the inquiry form still works, or you can reach Scott directly by phone or email.
